In North London, there are two Social Groups

 

 

HARROW SOCIAL GROUP

 

 

Meets on the second Thursday of the month;

 

In The Grimsdyke Room at Harrow Arts Centre in Uxbridge Road, Hatch End, Middlesex HA5 4EA. 

 

Directions are as follows:

 

-        by bus, take an H14 bus to the door from Northwick Park Hospital (15 minutes) or from Harrow on the Hill station (10 minutes)

 

-    by bus, take an H12 bus to the door from either Harrow Weald Bus Garage (7 minutes),  Stanmore Station (19 minutes), Rayners Lane Station (18 minutes), or South Harrow Station (25 minutes)

 

-        by  tube, take the Metropolitan Line to Harrow on the Hill and take an H14 bus from the bus station (10 minutes)

 

-        by train, take the Watford Junction/Wembley Central/Euston line to Hatch End (5 minutes walk)

 

-        by car to Uxbridge Road, HA5 4EA (free car parking at Harrow Arts Centre)

 

Harrow Arts Centre is next to the large Morrison’s supermarket at Hatch End.

 

 

 

ENFIELD SOCIAL GROUP

 

Enfield Oddfellows was launched on 15 September was followed by the group's first presentation on 29 September - Spotlight on Enfield - where members learned some amazing facts about the borough's history, people and places and added their own local knowledge to the presentation.

 

Meetings of the Enfield Oddfellows Social Group take place on the third Thursday of the month;

 

At St Andrew's Parish Centre, 36 Silver Street, Enfield EN1 3EG.

 

The events are free and include refreshments. There will be a 50p raffle on each occasion.

 

The venue is less than 2 minutes walk away from Enfield Town train station and less than 10 minutes from Enfield Chase train station. Buses W8 and W9 stop directly outside the Centre and buses 121, 191, 192, 231, 307, 313, 317, 329, 377, 629 stop less than 2 minutes walk away.
