The walk has been positioned between the end of the Olympics and the start of the Paralympics. The plan was to pass close to the Olympic Park Site at Stratford and have a bite to eat at the View Tube. However it has now been announced that this part of the route will be closed form May to October 2012 on anti terrorism grounds.
An alternative finish will now be found and will be posted later.
